Laura Spradlin to be Honored at Halftime of the Memphis vs. UConn basketball Game on Sunday, 2-10-19
Laura Spradlin has just passed the 5 year anniversary of her devastating car wreck which almost took her life. Regional One Hospital, formerly known as The Med, is featuring Laura in its 2018 Annual Report. Laura spent over a month at the Regional One Hospital before being discharged and several of her eleven post-wreck surgeries were performed there.
At halftime of the University of Memphis vs. University of Connecticut men’s basketball game, a video about Laura’s recovery produced by the hospital will be premiered. Following the video, Laura will be introduced on the floor of the FedEx Forum. If you can come to the game, please join our family in celebrating the Lord’s goodness and the amazing job of all of the caregivers from Regional One Hospital.
Many of Laura’s coaches who worked with her to achieve her dream of playing college basketball will be in attendance. Also, Laura’s college coach, Garry Crowder of Ouachita Baptist University, will be at the game.
